A behaviour assessment, certification test, training or behavioural plan (Services) is discussed during the first meeting once information has been collected. Support is given by email or telephone. Progress can vary for each case. Whilst using my Services, the pet’s welfare and behaviour are the owner’s responsibility at all times.
Behaviour modifications programmes for aggression may contain risk. The risk is undertaken fully by the client and no behaviour outcomes are guaranteed.
The training fee does not include travel to the pet owner’s home. Email or telephone support is for 3 weeks post-service. A travel fee may be applicable. The travel fee is confirmed at the enquiry stage.
Payment is by bank transfer. The client can cancel my services up to a day before the start date agreed (lead time). Service dates to be re-scheduled require at least two weeks notice other than with extenuating circumstances at Jayne Lockey’s discretion. Cancellations after the lead time are chargeable and the fee will be non-refundable.
Dogs Little Helper is not insured to work with banned dog breeds.
